Where we can review depends on two things.
Veterinary medicine is licensed state by state, and telehealth rules differ on top of that. So the honest answer to “can you help me?” is: it depends on whether a veterinarian licensed in your state can review your animal, and on what your state allows that vet to do remotely.
The clinician reviewing your case has to hold a licence in your state. A vet licensed in Texas cannot make a call about an animal in Ohio, however good the file is.
States differ on what a veterinarian may establish and prescribe remotely, and several have changed their rules recently. Some require an in-person examination first.

This is our launch coverage target, not a list of places you can be reviewed today. We are not open for consults anywhere yet, and we will not claim a state until a licensed veterinarian is genuinely reviewing cases there.
